Early Sunday morning, around 2 a.m., officers with the Baltimore County Police Department responded to the scene of a reported shooting in the 1800 blk of Woodlawn Dr.

When officers arrived, they found a person unresponsive who had been shot in the upper body. The victim died a short time later at the hospital.

While conducting their investigation into this case, detectives learned a large crowd was outside when the shooting happened.

Anyone who may have information about the incident is asked to contact police by calling 410-307-2020. Callers may remain anonymous and may be eligible for a reward when submitting tips through Metro Crime Stoppers.

Reward Offered

Metro Crime Stoppers of Maryland, an organization that is separate from the Baltimore County Police Department and Baltimore County Government, offers rewards of up to $2,000 for information that leads to the arrest and charges in connection with felony offenses.
