The suspect believed the victim owed him money.

A Baltimore man was charged with robbery after police say assaulting a Middle River resident in Owings Mills.
Bryan Charles Burnett, 24, of the 2200 block of Round Road in Baltimore, allegedly assaulted a 42-year-old man and stole his keys at 5:41 p.m. on Jan. 27 in the 100 block of Enchanted Hills Road. Burnett believed the other man, a Middle River resident, owed him money, according to a Baltimore County Police report.
Burnett was arrested a short time after the incident during a traffic stop, said Lt. Stephen Doarnberger, assistant commander of the Baltimore County Police’s Franklin Precinct.Â
