The Essex Middle River Civic Council will host its monthly meeting at 7 p.m. at the Victory Villa Community Center, loacted at 404 Compass Road.
Scheduled to speak will be representatives of the developer that owns the Weber Avenue property to discuss future plans for the area.
Also, the civic council will present three $1,000 scholarships to students from CCBC Essex.
