Sussex Elementary School hosted a Family Fun and Fitness Fair

Sussex Elementary School hosted a Family Fun and Fitness Fair to provide education, resources and fresh produce for 50 families in the community for Earth Day. The families benefitted from fitness education and activities run by the local staff. Several companies made donations of food and other items to support the families in the community, including BrightFarms, which donated its fresh, local lettuce greens and salad kits for the families in attendance. BrightFarms sells its produce is available at area Giant Food stores.
