Hello, I'm Belle! Aren't I swell?! How are you feeling today, just okay? Let's change that. An hour with me and you won't ever turn back. I'll turn this average weekday into the first day of the rest of your life-with me!

I'm a beautiful pup just bursting with energy. I'm like the sun- radiant, powerful, and you'll feel good each time you see me. I'm also a self-proclaimed athlete. I LOVE to run and I'm actually really good at it. I'm a great motivator! You need someone to get you out of bed in the morning? Done! Need a little kick in the butt to run that last mile? Say no more! I'll be right there with you. See, a toned body like mine did not come over night! It came from months of cardio and strength training and a balanced meal (and a couple snacks along the way)!
