Fallston Competes for Ravens Appearance at Football Game

The football game between Fallston and C. Milton Wright is in the running for “High School Football Showdown” of the week.
Each week, the Baltimore Ravens spotlights a particular high school matchup based on responses to an online poll.
Contenders for the Oct. 2–3 showdown:

- C. Milton Wright at Fallston (Oct. 2 at 7 p.m.)
- Winters Mill at Liberty (Oct. 2 at 7 p.m.)
- Poly at Edmondson-Westside (Oct. 2 at 3:45 p.m.)

The winner will have its stadium decked out with Ravens banners and flags for the game, where the Baltimore Ravens cheerleaders and mascot Poe will be in attendance.
Members of both teams will also get commemorative t-shirts that say “Ravens RISE High School Football Showdown.”

The honor comes with a perk for the schools too; the Ravens will award $500 in donations to the athletic departments of both C.M.W. and Fallston high schools.
