Harford County Public Schools Make Weather Decision
School system is on 'code blue,' according to Harford County Public Schools.
Harford County Public Schools announced after 7 a.m. Tuesday that schools will be closed for students.
This overrode a previous decision to open two hours late.
The school system reports it is on ”code blue,” meaning schools are closed for students and teachers. Workers in school offices and central office who are still to report should arrive at 10 a.m. Tuesday, according to the announcement.

A winter weather advisory is in effect for Harford County until 1 p.m.
