Lonnie Ray Quesenbery Jr., 84, of Fallston, passed away on Aug. 23, at Citizens Care and Rehabilitation Center in Havre de Grace. Born in Fallston, he was the son of Lonnie Ray and Martha Elizabeth (Livingston) Quesenbery Sr.
A veteran of the U.S Army and National Guard, he worked for the U.S. Postal Service as a mail carrier. He loved carpentry and fixing things for everyone. He also enjoyed gardening and yard work.
Mr. Quesenbery is survived by his wife, Ruth Ann (Pierce) Quesenbery; two daughters, Erika Quesenbery and husband, Scott Sturgill, of Port Deposit and Tina Elizabeth Quesenbery of Sheboygan, WI; sister, Margaret Greer of Washington, DC; special nephew, Johnny (Denise) Quesenbery; grandchildren, Tyler (Rachel) and Cory (Tonya) Sturgill; and great grandchildren, Mila and Miles Sturgill. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Heidi Quesenbery; and siblings John Henry Quesenbery, Katherine Aldred, and Martha Leftridge.

Visitation will be 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 30, at McComas Funeral Home, 1317 Cokesbury Road, Abingdon, MD 21009.
A funeral service will be at 10 a.m. on Friday, Aug. 31, at McComas Funeral Home, 1317 Cokesbury Road, Abingdon, MD 21009.
