PAUL: Critter of the Week at the Humane Society of Harford County

What's a gorgeous Silkie rooster like me doing at the shelter? I mean, the singles scene here is awful! I can't meet any single ladies/hens or mingle with others of my own kind. I try to go to the bar, but all they have on tap are crumbles and mealworms. Where are the cicadas?? Can you help me out?
