Teacher From Fallston Charged With Sex Abuse In Baltimore County

Police said a Fallston man allegedly had sexual encounters with a student in his Milford Mill Academy classroom and near Liberty Reservoir.

TOWSON, MD - A teacher at Milford Mill Academy in Baltimore County, who lives in Fallston, is facing sex charges after a student reported having sexual encounters with him in his classroom, police said.

Scott Martin Nawrozki, 54, of the 2100 block of Brookhaven Court in Fallston, has been charged with sex abuse of a minor, second-degree custodial child abuse, fourth-degree sex by a person of authority and fourth-degree sex offense with vaginal intercourse by a person of authority.

According to police, the charges stem from allegations regarding sexual activities between the victim and Nawrozki in May and June at the school and near Liberty Reservoir during school hours, police said.

In addition to the in-person interactions, he and the student allegedly sent "suggestive photographs" to one another, authorities reported.

Nawrozki is listed as a construction management instructor at Milford Mill Academy in its technology education department.

He was denied bail and is being detained in Baltimore County.
