FALLSTON, MD — A two-alarm fire blazed Tuesday morning in Fallston, where officials say a section of MD 165/Baldwin Mill Road is closed for firefighting operations.
Before 10 a.m., firefighters were called to the 2000 block of Baldwin Mill Road and found fire coming from the roof of a residence, according to Rich Gardiner, spokesman for the Harford County Volunteer Fire and EMS Association.
Gardiner said there were no injuries as a result of the blaze.

By 11 a.m., the fire had been declared under control, and the Office of the State Fire Marshal was investigating, according to Jenn Chenworth, spokeswoman for the Harford County Volunteer Fire and EMS Association.
Chenworth said that the fire department remained at the scene “with extensive overhaul,” meaning crews were checking the structure to ensure there were no places where the fire had extended and left hot spots.
