Chesterbrook Academy Students Donate to Alex's Lemonade Stand

Students held a lemonade stand to raise funds and awareness for children with cancer

Students at Chesterbrook Academy Preschool in Gaithersburg recently raised more than $150 to benefit Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation, a childhood cancer foundation dedicated to raising funds for research, supporting families and raising awareness to help cure childhood cancer. To raise money for the organization, students held a lemonade stand and an online fundraiser. Through this initiative, students learned the importance of helping children in need.
