GAITHERSBURG, MD — Dog Haus — the West Coast chain known for its gourmet hot dogs and sausages — is set to arrive at Gaithersburg's Kentlands Market Square this winter. This will be the restaurant's second location in Montgomery County — with the first being in Bethesda.

Located at 644 Center Point Way, the 2,684-square-foot eatery will feature a dog friendly patio and a full bar with 24 beers and four wines on tap. Diners can enjoy unique, all-beef dishes such as the "Pineapple Express," "Chili Idol," and "Cowboy." Other items on the menu include fried chicken sandwiches, plant-based proteins from Impossibleâ„¢ Foods, and Angus beef burgers.

"We couldn't be more excited to bring our one-of-a-kind chef-driven creations to Kentlands Market Square," said Dog Haus Franchisee Faizan Khan, who also manages the brand's Bethesda location. "I have no doubt that the community will love Dog Haus' menu, but what will really make us stand out is our energetic and fun environment where guests can enjoy their favorite local craft beers and mixologist-created Haus cocktails."

The businesses are part of Kimco's $23.1 million redevelopment plan, which includes façade renovations, new signage, and the creation of a central paseo. The changes are expected to transform the space into a walkable and diverse retail center with ample outdoor dining opportunities, the company said.
