Prayer Vigil for 10th Anniversary of the DC Sniper Shootings

The Victims’ Rights Foundation is partnering with Goshen United Methodist Church, the Montgomery Village Chiefs Football and Cheer Program, and the Montgomery County Police Department, in hosting a prayer vigil remebering the victims of the 2002 sniper shootings across the D.C. region.
