Gaithersburg Chorus Presents Virtual Spring Concert: May 21

GAITHERSBURG, MD — The Gaithersburg Chorus will present its virtual spring concert on Friday, May 21 at 7:30 p.m.
The program will be livestreamed here and feature performances of "It's You I Like" by Fred Rogers, "April is in My Mistress' Face" by Thomas Morley, "The Dream Keeper" (music by Rollo Dilworth and words by Langston Hughes), and "Loch Lomond" by Ralph Vaughn Williams. all performances will also be viewable on the Arts on the Green Facebook page.
The Gaithersburg Chorus, a non-audition ensemble class, is open to those aged 16 and above. At weekly rehearsals, participants learn about music theory and the mechanics of singing, including vocalization and proper breathing techniques.
