Gaithersburg Crime: Strong-Arm Robbery at Bohrer Park and More

The following information was provided by the Montgomery County Police Department. Arrests or charges do not indicate a conviction.

Montgomery County police released a crime summary for May 6 through May 14. The following incidents were reported in Gaithersburg:

  • A strong-arm robbery occurred at Bohrer Park on Wednesday, May 8, just after 3:30 p.m. The suspects assaulted the victim and obtained property.
  • A residential burglary occurred in the 200 block of Brookes Avenue on Thursday, May 9, at 3:48 p.m. Entry to the home was forced and property was taken.
  • An attempted strong-arm robbery occurred in the 400 block of Victory Farm Drive on Thursday, May 9, around 10:50 p.m.
  • A residential burglary occurred in the unit block of Crested Iris Court on Friday, May 10, at 9:30 a.m. The suspect is known to the victim.
  • A strong-arm robbery occurred in the 1000 block of West Side Drive on Saturday, May 11, between 10:30 and 11:30 p.m. The suspect assaulted the victim and obtained property.
  • A residential burglary occurred in the 7500 block of Elioak Terrace on Sunday, May 12, between 3 p.m. and midnight. Entry to the home was not forced and property was taken.
  • An attempted residential burglary occurred in the 200 block of West Deer Park Road on Monday, May 13, around 3 a.m.
