Gaithersburg Elementary Principal Appointed By MOCO School Board

GAITHERSBURG, MD — Paula G. Summers is Gaithersburg Elementary School's new principal. The Montgomery County Public Schools board unanimously appointed Summers at its meeting Thursday.

Summers has worked in the Montgomery County Public Schools district for 20 years, and has been a teacher, staff development teacher, assistant principal, principal intern, and most recently an assistant principal at Copper Mill Elementary School in Germantown.

The school's PTA is hosting a meet and greet for kids and parents on Tuesday, June 15 at 7 p.m. over Zoom.
