Goldfish Swim School To Open Third MoCo Location In Gaithersburg

GAITHERSBURG, MD — Goldfish Swim School, a national water safety and swim lesson school franchise, is coming to Gaithersburg in January 2021.

This will be Goldfish's third location in Montgomery County — with the first being in Silver Spring, and the second being in Rockville.

The new 8,628-square-foot aquatics facility, located at 801 Center Point Way, will provide indoor, year-round swim instruction to children ages four months to 12 years old. Class sizes will be limited to four students per lifeguard-certified instructor.

"We understand how important water safety is to all families and we are thrilled to bring the Goldfish curriculum, high quality instruction and state-of-the-art facility to more families," said General Manager Zachary Healy. "Our team wants to ensure that children have a safe, fun, and friendly place to learn this life-saving skill."

Swim lessons begin in January 2021. Families can register now by visiting this website or calling 301-444-6370.

Typically, lessons cost $128 per month. The first 300 families to register before the first day, however, can lock in a monthly rate of $118.

A limited number of six- and 12-month membership deals are also available.
