NBA Champion Returns To Gaithersburg High School With Trophy
Toronto Raptors' Malcolm Miller returned to Gaithersburg High School, where he graduated in 2011, with the NBA championship trophy.

GAITHERSBURG, MD — The last time Malcolm Miller walked the halls of Gaithersburg High School nearly 10 years ago, he was a student. On Saturday, he returned to his old stomping grounds — this time as a professional athlete carrying the Lawrence O'Brien NBA Championship Trophy.
The trophy is given each year to the NBA Champions. And as a member of the Toronto Raptors, Miller decided to bring the trophy to Gaithersburg High School and show it off to his family, friends, and coaches.
At Saturday's event in Gaithersburg, the 6-foot-7 small forward posed for photos with fans alongside the trophy, which is made by Tiffany and Co.

"It feels great to come back where it all started — where I'm from. This is home to me," Miller told Montgomery Community Media.
