Preschoolers Learn to Socialize with Gaithersburg Tot Time Program

Registration for Creative Tot Time summer and fall 2017 sessions begins February 1 for Gaithersburg residents.

From the City of Gaithersburg: Registration for Creative Tot Time summer and fall 2017 sessions begins February 1 for City of Gaithersburg residents, February 8 for nonresidents. Parents and their preschool children are invited to explore the popular program at a free Open House at Casey Community Center on Saturday, February 4 from 10 a.m. to noon. The Open House will include an opportunity to meet the instructors and sample some of the fun and engaging activities.

Creative Tot Time provides a warm, loving environment in which three to five year old children can explore music, story time, arts and crafts, and show & tell. The small group setting encourages socialization skills and with two teachers for every 14 to 16 children, there is plenty of individual attention.

All classes are held at Casey Community Center, 810 S. Frederick Avenue (just north of Shady Grove Road). Please note that all children must be potty-trained. Early registration is recommended as slots are limited. Registration is in-person at the Casey Community Center and requires a copy of the child’s birth certificate or a passport.
