A woman went into labor Thursday morning on I-270 southbound and gave birth to a baby girl on the road's shoulder, WUSA 9 reported.
The woman went into labor near Route 118, and officials told WUSA 9 the baby and mother were transported to Shady Grove Adventist Hospital and are doing ok.
