Report: Gaithersburg School Adding Portables To Combat Overcrowding
Will your Gaithersburg student have class in a portable classroom this upcoming school year?
Gaithersburg Elementary School will combat overcrowding by adding three portable classrooms along North Summit Avenue, The Sentinel reported.
The school is overenrolled by 172 students, according to the report. Parents have expressed displeasure with the plan and suggested alternative options to the Board of Education.
