Winter Waltz Ball Returns to Kentlands Mansion

From the City of Gaithersburg: Gaithersburg, MD – Calling to mind the winter balls so popular this time of year in Austria, where waltz reigns supreme, Two Left Feet Dance Studio and Arts on the Green invite you to an elegant evening of ballroom and Latin dancing at the Winter Waltz Ball, Friday January 27, 2017, from 7 to 10 p.m. at Kentlands Mansion.

Waltz is a smooth, graceful dance characterized by long, flowing movements, turns, rises and falls. Instructors from Two Left Feet will teach waltz, demonstrate other dances and answer questions about proper technique. Dancers of all levels, from novice to master, are welcome.

Tickets are $30 per person and include non-alcoholic refreshments. A cash bar will be available. This event is appropriate for those ages 18 and older. Cocktail attire is suggested. Reserve your ticket at 301-258-6425.

A simultaneous “Kids Night Out” party for children ages 4 and older will take place at the nearby Two Left Feet Dance Studio, 217 Market Street West. For an additional fee, dancers can leave their little ones at the studio while they enjoy the Waltz Ball. Call 240-632-2345 for details.
