Yard House In Gaithersburg Has $3 Pints On National Beer Day

GAITHERSBURG, MD — National Beer Day is on April 7. To celebrate, Yard House in Gaithersburg is offering $3 pints all day Sunday.

With 78 locations nationwide, Yard House boasts an impressive selection of draft beer on tap. The chain's glass-enclosed Keg Room holds up to 3,000 gallons of beer. Fun fact: On April 7, 1933, the Cullen-Harrison Act signed by President Franklin Roosevelt went into effect. As the beginning of Prohibition's official repeal, the act allowed beer to, once again, be legally manufactured and sold in America — so long as it was below 4 percent alcohol by volume.
