Clarksburg Premium Outlets To Host Family Safety Event

CLARKSBURG, MD – (From Clarksburg Premium Outlets) Clarksburg Premium Outlets invites local families to learn important bike and fire tips during the Family Safety Event.

On Oct. 18, kids are encouraged to bring their bikes and safety equipment to navigate through a bike-friendly obstacle course with the Montgomery County Police Department’s bike team. Guests of all ages can also look forward to a touch-a-truck experience, featuring Montgomery County Police Department’s cruisers, motorcycles and bikes as well as Montgomery County Fire Department’s fire trucks and first response vehicles.

Representatives from each department will be on-hand to answer questions and share key tips on maintaining safety at home and while riding a bike.

In addition, shoppers can look forward to a live DJ from local radio station WPGC 95.5 FM, complimentary snacks from the treat trike and savings of up to 65 percent off on favorite brands, such as Gap Factory, UGG® and Under Armour.

The event will be held at 22705 Clarksburg Road on Thursday, oct. 18. Festivities will run from 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
