Germantown Business We Art Fun Needs Your Support

The new coronavirus has changed life for all of us. Local businesses have taken a huge economic hit, but communities are finding creative ways to support the establishments they know and love.

Tell us about your business and its history in your town.

We offer Paint-it-Yourself ceramic figurines, including painting supplies, and deliver them to Germantown and nearby areas. We do social distance, no-contact delivery and receive payments online. We started the first week of March.

How has the new coronavirus impacted your business and its employees?

We were ready to sign a lease for a location in Downtown Germantown. The idea was to open a studio for families and friends to gather and spend good times painting ceramic. We were already investing money buying shelves and tables for our studio. When the coronavirus crisis started, we put everything on stand-by and decided to offer our products for delivery under the stay-home order.

How can local customers support you now and in the future?

Customers can support us by buying our products, enjoying good quality time at home with their families and creating beautiful pieces to keep for themselves or give away as gifts.

Do you have any words of encouragement for your community?

"Man should not live on bread alone," so invest in art projects. It will help time pass faster and will brighten your days at home.

Are you offering any special services, promotions or hours during this time?

All deliveries are free. Also, as an introductory promotion, every piece of ceramic comes with two paint brushes and a six-pot acrylic paint. Customers can order online at any time of the day, and we deliver either the same day or the next day if the other was placed after 6 p.m.

Are there any other outstanding businesses in town you think deserve some community support?

Anything that requires no physical contact because it's important to stay home, and be safe!
