GERMANTOWN, MD — Halloween is upon us. And when it comes to spooky lawn decorations, Montgomery County residents don't mess around. Case in point: Noah Boyd.
If you walk by his home at 20039 Choctaw Court, you won't find any one-eyed zombies, buck-tooth witches, or green-eyed goblins. After all, he didn't need all those bells and whistles to achieve a spine-chilling display.
He just needed to show off one diabolical creature. A fiend who hunts children, goes unnoticed by adults, and dwells in the sewers. His name is Pennywise.
