Man, Woman Charged With Stealing SUV With Toddler Inside: Police
A man and a woman have been arrested after police say they stole an SUV with a toddler inside from a Germantown parking lot.

GERMANTOWN, MD — Two people have been arrested on kidnapping charges after police say they stole an SUV with a toddler inside from a Germantown parking lot.
The incident happened around 11 a.m. Thursday in the 19600 block of Frederick Rd. Montgomery County police said a woman went into a business and left her Lexus unlocked and running, with her three-year-old son asleep in the backseat.
While inside, she saw a man get into her vehicle, drive out of the parking lot, and pick up a female passenger at a nearby bus stop. Authorities said the pair returned the car to the lot a few minutes later and fled on foot. The child was not harmed, according to police.

The suspects have been identified as 30-year-old Christina Carr, of Brinklow, and 20-year-old Jordon Douville, of an unconfirmed address. Douville was also charged with stealing a Porsche after he stole the Lexus, police said.
Carr is being held on a $25,000 bond. Douville is being held without bond.
