Missing Germantown Man Last Seen May 3: Police

GERMANTOWN, MD — The Montgomery County Police Department is asking for the public's help in finding a missing Germantown man.

Jay Turner, 40, was last seen leaving his Apple Harvest Circle home around 2 p.m. on Monday.

Investigators describe Turner as a 5-foot-11, 150-pound bald man with blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a brown jacket, jeans, black gloves, and a black baseball hat.
