NB I-270 Reopened After Police Motorcycle Crash: UPDATE
UPDATE: All northbound lanes on I-270 have reopened after multiple Montgomery County Police motorcycles were involved in a crash.
GERMANTOWN, MD — All northbound lanes on I-270 have reopened Wednesday after two police motorcycles were involved in a crash, authorities said.
The collision happened around 8:30 a.m in the Clarksburg area, Fox 5 DC reports. All northbound lanes on the interstate between Route 121 and Route 109 were closed while Montgomery County Police investigated the crash. They are now reopen, and authorities warn motorists to expect significant residual delays.

According to authorities, the officers involved in the collision have been taken to hospital for an evaluation of their injuries.
