Students at Chesterbrook Academy Donate to Health Care Workers

Students at Chesterbrook Academy Preschool held a donation drive and decorated cards to thank local health care workers for their service

Students at Chesterbrook Academy Preschool in Germantown recently decorated cards and donated essential items to benefit health care heroes at CarePlus Home Health. Students collected items such as snacks, hand sanitizer, mini tissue packs, playing cards, chewing gum and more to create goodie bags to donate to the health care workers. Additionally, students created handmade cards and posters to thank the health care workers for their service. Through this initiative, students learned the importance of spreading kindness and recognizing the essential workers in their community.

CarePlus Home Health, licensed as a residential service agency by the Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, provides in-home care and nursing care services throughout Maryland.
