Wingstop Opens in Germantown​

Free six-piece wing combos will be given to all guests from 5-7 p.m. on July 11.

WHAT: Wingstop (NASDAQ: WING), the award-winning concept with more than 1,000 locations worldwide, will celebrate the grand opening of its new Germantown location by offering free six-piece wing combos (three boneless wings, three classic wings plus veggie sticks or seasoned fries and a fountain beverage) to all guests who stop by to catch a first glimpse of the new location from 5 – 7 p.m. on Tuesday, July 11. The giveaways will continue while supplies last.

The new location officially opens its doors to the Germantown community on Wednesday, July 12 at 11 a.m.

MORE: This new Wingstop is part of a development deal with Sizzling Platter, a Utah-based restaurant management company with more than 430 restaurant units globally. The 1,600-square-foot restaurant will create 20 new jobs for local residents and provide seating for roughly 40 guests at a time.

“We are extremely excited to introduce our made-to-order wings and craveable rubs and sauces to the residents and visitors of Germantown,” said Ted Morton, Chief Executive Officer of Sizzling Platter. “We look forward to becoming the go-to spot for all-things wings, sides and everything in between for Wingstop’s would-be, loyal and passionate fans alike.”

With a singular focus on wings, fries and sides, the Wingstop menu features bone-in and boneless wings with 11 bold, distinct flavors, including Original Hot, Cajun, Atomic, Mild, Teriyaki, Lemon Pepper, Hawaiian, Garlic Parmesan, Hickory Smoked BBQ, Louisiana Rub and Mango Habanero. Wingstop’s wings are always cooked-to-order, hand-sauced and tossed and served with variety of freshly –prepared sides including Wingstop’s hand-cut, seasoned fries.
