Police Ask For Tips In Beltsville Homicide
Police detectives are looking for a motive, suspects in the death of a 27-year-old Beltsville man.

BELTSVILLE, MD — The Prince George's County Police Department is asking the public for information about a Wednesday night homicide in Beltsville. Police detectives are investigating the death of Antonio Barnes, 27, of the 11200 block of Evans Trail in Beltsville.
At about 10:30 p.m. Wednesday, patrol officers discovered Barnes lying on a sidewalk in the 11200 block of Evans Trail, "suffering from trauma to the lower body," a police report stated. He was taken to a local hospital, where he died a short time later.
The detectives are working to identify a suspect or suspects and motive in this case.
