San Francisco-based songstress Sharon Knight will peform her Celtic-inspired folk music Tuesday at the in Greenbelt, MD, from 7-9 p.m.
Knight is a Neo-Folk Romantique songstress who dedicates her music to hopeless romantics everywhere — belly dancers with daggers, pirates in eyeliner, eccentric old ladies, brave explorers, epic love, fairy tales and more, according to New Deal Café Bar Manager Amethyst Dwyer on the café's Facebook page.

Knight plays octave mandolin like it is an electric guitar and sings as though she's summoning a storm, according to the performance's Facebook events page.
