HAVRE DE GRACE, MD — Harford County Restaurant Week is here, and eateries around the county have signed up with dine-in and carryout options.
Restaurant Week runs from Jan. 22 to Jan. 31 and offers diners the opportunity to try different restaurants or patronize their favorites, with fixed-price menus.
