Celebrate 'Noon Year's Eve' With The Harford County Library

HARFORD COUNTY, MD — Looking for a family-friendly way to ring in the new year? Harford County Public Library is planning several Noon Year's Eve parties at library branches throughout the county.

Each celebration will include winter-themed crafts, dance parties and more.

Parties will be held Dec. 31 at the following branches:

• Aberdeen - 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
• Abingdon - 11:45 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
• Bel Air - 11:15 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.
• Havre de Grace - 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
• Joppa - 11:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.
• Norrisville - 11:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.
• Whiteford - 11:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.
