HAVRE DE GRACE, MD - The streets of downtown Havre de Grace were packed Friday night for the city's Christmas parade and tree lighting. Santa arrived at the end of the parade atop a truck, and he and Mrs. Claus visited with little ones in Santa Land on Washington Street after the tree outside the Masonic lodge was lit.
