An athlete from Havre de Grace is making history. He is the first University of Kentucky student to earn the title of Southeastern Conference player of the week two weeks in a row.
Immanuel Quickley, 20, plays basketball for the Kentucky Wildcats.
He averaged 24 points a game last week, according to CBS Sports. He was the player of the week for the conference twice in a row, a first for the University of Kentucky.

Quickley could be named SEC Player of the Year, CBS Sports reported.
He works out before school and after school, Quickley told the Louisville Courier Journal of how he has progressed, and "just keep working on your game."
