The city of Havre de Grace announces the 2018 holiday decorating contest.
HAVRE DE GRACE, MD — The citywide decorating contest is underway in Havre de Grace. The city of Havre de Grace is hosting the event.
Judges will review the entries on Friday, Dec. 14, and Saturday, Dec. 15.
