La Cucina Modifies Hours For Summer
The Italian restaurant on North Washington Street will be closed one day a week for the next two months.
HAVRE DE GRACE, MD — La Cucina will be modifying its hours for the summer. The Italian eatery notified the Harford County Liquor Control Board that it will be closed on Mondays on a trial basis.
During the months of June and July, the restaurant will not be open on Mondays, according to Harford County Liquor Control Board Administrator Judi Powell.
"The closings are intended to be temporary depending on business," Powell reported at the liquor board's June 12 meeting. She said that the Coppola family, who owns the restaurant, will notify the board if the business chooses to continue the practice.

La Cucina is at 103 North Washington Street in Havre de Grace. Hours during June and July are 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday; 10:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday; and noon to 9 p.m. on Sunday.
