Look At Construction Progress At HdG Middle, High School
The school construction site in Havre de Grace is abuzz with activity. Harford County Public Schools shared an inside look at the project.
HAVRE DE GRACE, MD — Nearly a year into the school construction project in Havre de Grace, Harford County Public Schools shared pictures from the site off Lewis Lane. The ceremonial groundbreaking took place in April 2018.
Both the middle and high school are now taking shape, with the building coming together after months of work.
"It feels like just yesterday we were celebrating the groundbreaking of the new Havre de Grace Middle/High School! Now, you can see the front entrance, middle and high schools, hallways, doorways and more!" Harford County Public Schools officials said on Friday, Jan. 25.

The middle school will be in one wing, while the high school will be in another, with the auditorium, library and office in the center of the building, The Aegis reported.
The new school is slated to be complete until 2020 and is funded by the state and county.
