The top 10 most expensive homes sold in Maryland last year are concentrated in Anne Arundel County, according to the Multiple Listing Service for the Mid-Atlantic region (MRIS).

3. 2077 Maidstone Farm Road, Annapolis; sold in May for $4,144,000
4. 2059 Maidstone Farm Road, Annapolis; sold in December for $3,550,000
5. 525 Broadwater Way, Gibson Island; sold in November for $3,344,000
6. 906 Creek Drive, Annapolis; sold in May for $3,250,000
7. 229 Wardour Drive, Annapolis; sold in September for $3,110,000
8. 6011 Charlesmead Road, Baltimore/Towson; sold in May for $2,940,000
9. 924 Old County Road, Severna Park; sold in July for $2,850,000
10. 26 Blythewood Road, Baltimore; sold in June for $2,725,000
