Past 'American Idol' Contestant To Perform For HdG Opera House
The show will be broadcast live Friday on the Cultural Center at the Opera House Facebook page.

HAVRE DE GRACE, MD — The Havre de Grace Arts Collective and the Cultural Center at the Opera House will present a special show Friday featuring a former "American Idol" contestant who hails from Harford County.
Emma Klein, who is also known as Emma Kleinberg, is a Bel Air native who appeared on "American Idol" in March 2019 and won over judges with her soulful voice.
She is a former host of the Harford Cable Network's "KidsTVNews" program who graduated from the John Carroll School and Belmont University.

Since her appearance on "American Idol," she has been on tour with comedian Bobby Bones, performing as his opening act. Now Klein is reportedly living in Nashville, working as a singer and songwriter.
Klein will deliver a free performance on the Cultural Center at the Opera House Facebook page at 7 p.m. on Friday, May 15.

The Havre de Grace opera house is not open for performances in person due to the governor's orders that prohibit gatherings of more than 10 people, in an effort to prevent the spread of the new coronavirus.
Organizers encourage people to order curbside pickup from their favorite Havre de Grace restaurant and tune in for the show.
