Tidewater Grille Liquor License Taken During Drug Probe: Report

An investigation into drugs has resulted in one Havre de Grace restaurant reportedly losing its liquor license temporarily.

HAVRE DE GRACE, MD — The Tidewater Grille has reportedly had its liquor license confiscated amid a drug investigation. The Havre de Grace Police Department asked the Harford County Board of Liquor Control on Tuesday, Nov. 20, to take the license, which the inspector did, according to The Aegis, which reported it was an "unusual move" prompted by what police said was a drug probe and "public safety emergency."

Without its liquor license, the restaurant in the 300 block of Franklin Street is not allowed to sell alcohol.
