What's Open, Closed In HdG For Memorial Day 2021
Here's a look at what's open and closed in Have de Grace this Memorial Day.
HAVRE DE GRACE, MD — Memorial Day in Havre de Grace will be marked with ceremonies and for many, a day off, since it is a federal holiday.
The Memorial Day ceremony with the American Legion will be at 9 a.m. Monday, May 31, at Angel Hill Cemetery, 750 Ohio St., Havre de Grace, MD 21078.
The city's Memorial Day ceremony will follow at 11 a.m. near the War Memorial at Tydings Park, 908 S. Washington St., Havre de Grace, MD 21078.

The Havre de Grace Arts Collective is hosting a Memorial Day weekend paint-along from 10 to 11 a.m. on Saturday, May 29. Participants will draw red poppies at the Cultural Center at the Opera House, 121 N. Union Avenue, Havre de Grace, MD 21078.
Memorial Day community yoga at the Lock House is at 9:30 a.m. on Monday, May 31. Beach Bee Yoga is hosting at 817 Conesteo Street.

The 2021 Memorial Day ceremony at Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens will be livestreamed, Monday at 10 a.m. on Facebook Live. In person, a limited number of attendees are allowed.
Harford County Public Schools, including school offices, will be closed Monday.
Parks will remain open Monday, May 31, while other services will not be available in observance of Memorial Day. Courts and Harford County offices will be closed, and people do not need to pay parking meters.
There will be no MARC Train service on Memorial Day.
