Gilchrist Named Great Place to Work for Fourth Consecutive Year

Award based on anonymous employee surveys on organizational culture.

Great Place to Work Institute has honored Gilchrist with certification as a Great Place to Work for the fourth year in a row. The certification process considered anonymous employee surveys from across Gilchrist’s locations.

Great Place to Work, an independent research and consulting firm, evaluated more than 60 elements of team members’ experience on the job. These included employee pride in the organization’s community impact, belief that their work makes a difference and feeling their work has special meaning. Rankings are based on employees’ experiences, no matter who they are or what they do.

“Receiving the designation of ‘Great Place to Work’ for the fourth consecutive year is a reflection of the unique culture of Gilchrist and our investment in employee wellness,” said Catherine Hamel, President of Gilchrist. “We are especially proud to receive this honor in a year full of challenging circumstances brought on by the pandemic.”
