Hunt Valley Restoration Buys New Office For $1.5M

From Chesapeake Real Estate Group: Chesapeake Real Estate Group, LLC (CREG) has brokered the sale of a single-story, 34,800 square foot building situated in the Sparks section of Baltimore County for $1.5 million. Matt Laraway, SIOR and Scott Skogmo, SIOR of Chesapeake Real Estate Group, a Baltimore-based commercial real estate operating company, represented the seller, STAG III Sparks, LLC and Ketch Secor of CBRE represented the buyer, Hunt Valley Restoration, in this transaction. Hunt Valley Restoration operates as SERVPRO Hunt Valley/Lutherville.

Located at 15 Loveton Circle and constructed in 1980 as an office building to house the operations of EA Engineering, the structure will be converted into a flex/industrial configuration to function as the headquarters for SERVPRO of Hunt Valley/Lutherville. The company specializes in the cleanup and restoration of residential and commercial buildings that have been damaged by fire, smoke or water, as well as handling mold remediation and other cleaning services such as graffiti removal.

Situated on approximately 3.5 acres of land, the building includes a parking lot that can support 145 vehicles, as well as an adjacent 3,000 square foot metal building and storage shed. It is located approximately three miles from the intersection of Shawan and York Roads and about five miles from the exit to Interstate 83.
