January

• Friday, Jan. 17 - Schools close three hours early for elementary and middle school students
• Monday, Jan. 20 - Schools and offices closed for Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.’s birthday
• Tuesday, Jan. 21 - Schools closed for all students, teachers on duty for professional development 

• Monday, Feb. 17 - Schools and offices closed for President's Day

• Friday, March 28 - Schools close three hours early for elementary and middle school students, teachers on duty, end of marking period
• Monday, March 31 - Schools closed for all students, teachers on duty for professional development

• April 14 through April 21 - Schools closed for spring break (schools re-open April 22)

• Monday, May 12 - PreK/K Conference Day, No PS-3, Pre-K or Kindergarten Sessions
  
• Friday, May 23 - Last day for seniors
• Monday, May 26 - Schools and offices closed for Memorial Day

• June 2 through 5 - Commencement exercises
• Friday, June 13 - High schools close three hours early for Assessment Day, teachers on duty
• Tuesday, June 17 - Last day of classes for students

• Monday, Aug. 25 - First day of school for students
