Here's some things you can do with your dog inside:
- Work on tricks to learn like standing on a stool with all four paws, waving, weaving through your legs, high-five, sitting pretty and fetch;
- Set up little agility courses. Use cardboard boxes for him to stand on and little chairs for him to jump over and the cat's cardboard scratching post box as a ramp;
- Bake cute, fun doggie treats from scratch. You can get great "cookie cutters" at stores like Pet Smart and Petco and decorate them with peanut butter or vanilla icing;
- Treat your dog to a well-deserved "spa day." Start with a good rub down, making sure to get those soft ears and between the toes. Next, run a warm bath and bring his squeaky toys in for him to play with. Then, blow-dry him and brush him down. Top it off with a fun treat and some relaxing in front of the TV.
