Bella, an 11-week-old German shepherd, is missing from Banner Street in Hyattsville.
A Nixle alert from the city indicated that Bella is wearing a pink and reflective striped collar with a tag that has her name and phone number on it.

Bella escaped a fully fenced yard with an older dog, who later was spotted near Top of the Park apartments by Magruder Park.
